We’ve been getting a lot of questions from customers of our Yoruba101 and Igbo101 on iOS (iPhone & iPad) saying the levels they previously bought are now locked. First, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THE LEVELS AGAIN!
Why are previously purchased levels now locked?
This may occur following a new update or if you reinstalled the app.
How to restore previously purchased levels
To do this, open the Yoruba101 or Igbo101 iPhone/iPad apps then follow the steps below. You can also watch this video
- Select the Settings button on the menu page
- Press the RESTORE button.
You may be asked to enter your Apple ID. Make sure you enter the same ID used during the initial purchase.
How to unlock previous purchased levels on Android?
Android automatically restores unlocked levels as long as you use the same Google email address used for the initial purchase. You can do this on a new Android device after downloading the app again.
Will I get back my previous progress such as legends and symbols in the gallery?
Unfortunately, you will have to replay and re-unlock the gallery items. We’re working to ensure our subsequent games have your progress saved outside the app so that you do not lose your heard-earned efforts. Sorry.
